Onsite Language Instruction
Universal Interpreting Solutions provides private tutors and/or instructors to meet the foreign language demands of company executives and employees. Our highly trained staff will come to your home or place of business for your convenience. Our foreign language staff is comprised of native speakers. We specialize in developing conversational ability as well as more specific terminology and/ or technical applications pertinent to your profession or trade. Learn the three major languages spoken in the American continent, English, Spanish, Portuguese, and French, in a fun and interactive setting with your own live private tutor.
Fees for Interpreting, Translations, & Foreign Language Services in Jacksonville, Florida
Our interpreters and instructors will come to your office, home or any location you designate.
Onsite Interpreting services are billed on an hourly basis (at a minimum of two hours). Our current rate for legal interpreters is $ 70 per hour. For medical and or other applications the rate is $ 60 per hour. Total roundtrip mileage included is limited to forty miles. Any additional mileage incurred will be charged at the rate of 51 cents per mile.
Document and Text Translations are generally billed by the word at the rate of 22 cents per word (being that the minimum charge per translating job would be $ 60). Our translation fees are based on the language pair, complexity of the subject matter, formatting requirements and the length of the document.
For our private native language tutors the cost is
$ 70 per hour (at a minimum of one hour). Group Class Instructor
rates start at $ 30 per person (at a minimum of three paying pupils
and a maximum of ten students per class). The same mileage criteria
as above apply.
Total roundtrip mileage included is limited to forty miles. Any additional
mileage incurred will be charged at the rate of 51 cents per mile.

We also offer Full Immersion Spanish, Portuguese, French, or French Creole Language Courses with 3-Months Stay at a Latin American or Caribbean Home (Includes Nine-Month Advanced language Assimilation Course, Round Trip Airfare from Miami, Three-Month Lodging and home cooked meals, and a five-day a week intensive Spanish course at a local language institute) for $ 13,800.

Terms are net 30 days from the date of invoice for our corporate, legal and government clients. Private individuals requesting interpreting, translation services, and or language tutoring may be required to pay for those services in advance.
